Is it possible to use fertility awareness methods when you have a long cycle, of around 90 days?

what about a copper IUD? I think they still use them for women who can't take hormone birth control. Your hubby can always get a vasectomy if you don't want anymore children. Truthfully no man likes condoms, I know my husband hates them and complains they irritate him if worn for to long, but then I remind him that it is either a condom or 3 am feedings and diaper changes. Some how he always ends up picking the condom...lol
