Is it okay to bring a child into this world with AIDS?? A follow up for the people who answered!!?

i think whoever wrote it did good by going on with her life lovin it and god and all but the thing with her mom is different. I think it depnds who the mom said it. Maybe she just felt that she wouldnt want to bring a child into this world when all the child may know is pain from the AIDs. Or she meant it hurtfully. IDk
